This site has no signup or payment forms.

Cloudflare hosts this site and automatically provides Web Analytics; its browser beacon measures page views and page performance (Performance API metrics). See the Cloudflare Web Analytics documentation and Cloudflare's privacy policy.

The hosting provider also processes technical request data to deliver pages and protect the service.

Email inquiries

Mail to dubspeak+inquiry@mail.grokbot.com is processed by the mail provider (the Grok Bot mail service, mail.grokbot.com) and then checked by a local intake script.

If you send an email inquiry, we store in a local review queue: the sender address, the message and thread identifiers, the subject, the time received, the validation status and, only if valid, the validated JSON fields. Attachments are never opened. Mail that is not an inquiry (wrong address or subject, bulk, automatic or unauthenticated mail) is ignored and only its message identifier and a reason are kept.

Local retention: the owner reviews the queue manually and runs a cleanup that lists records older than 90 days and deletes them only when the owner confirms. This is a manual process without a guaranteed deletion date. Provider retention: unknown. The mail provider (mail.grokbot.com) may keep copies under its own policy, and we cannot promise their deletion.

Replies go only to the sender address and are approved by a human before sending. Do not send private materials, or patient or clinical data.
